1. Request for a Refund
To start with the refund process, raise a request through our help centre like live chat or email. Our team will connect with you on your request and get to know the reasons for the refund. In addition, we would like to know your feedback on the product and understand why you do not wish to continue with us. Apart from this, if you want a speedy refund, please email us with the complete details of your purchase and the reason for the refund, our Support team will take it over.
Please Note: Our Refund Policy is applicable within the 15 days of your purchase only.

2. Refund Exceptions / No Refunds In Case Of :
Double Refund On Same Plugin: Once you have received a refund for a plugin, you are no longer eligible to ask for a refund again on the same plugin.
License Subscription Renewals: No refunds are provided for license subscription renewals. You can cancel the automatic renewal option anytime, as late as the day before the renewal is due, from your reserved area in My Account > Subscriptions.

3. Payment of Refunds/ When Do You Receive Your Refund Payment?
Our refund process usually takes up to 7-10 business days from your date of approval of the refund request. After that, your amount would automatically process to your original mode of payment or credit card.

4. Refund is Late or Missing
In case if you haven’t received the refund within the given timeline, please check your bank account and credit card company. Official issuing of the amount usually takes some more time. If you still not got any updates, please connect with our Support desk, and our team will help you.
